2030 Regional Transportation Plan

Welcome to the home page of the latest iteration of the Connections 2030 Regional Transportation Plan.  This edition includes updates to bring the Plan into compliance with the Safe, Accountable, Flexible and Efficient Transportation Equity Act - A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU).  It was adopted by the NIRPC Executive Board on June 21, 2007 along with a new FY 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Air Quality Conformity Determination.
