NIRPC has solicited projects from cities, towns, counties, and public transit operators for potential federal funding under a second round of federal economic stimulus funding (aka “Jobs Bill”). It is not known if Congress will actually appropriate funds for these projects. Until they do so this list should be considered tentative and subject to change. Citizens may comment on any aspect of this list via email to: TIP@nirpc.org or via US Mail addressed to NIRPC TIP, 6100 Southport Road, Portage, IN 46368-6409. Official action will not be taken on this list unless Congress appropriates the necessary funds. This list will be displayed until July 12, 2010.
