Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

Welcome to the home page for the Fiscal Year 2018-2021 TIP. The TIP was adopted by the NIRPC Board of Commissioners at their May 18, 2016 meeting. The PDF and HTML files display the actual TIP as it was adopted.

The 2018-2021 Master List is updated following each Board-adopted formal amendment and each administrative change. The title of the file contains the date of the most recent change.

The Amendments and Administrative Modifications Page in the menu to the left will open to another page with links to each TIP amendment (pending and adopted) document and administrative modification notifications issued to INDOT. NIRPC staff taught Michigan City elementary school students about water quality and aquatic bugs during Trail Creek Week, September 18-22. As part of the field trips, students also paddled Trail Creek in 24-foot voyager canoes and learned about birds, fish, and invasive species.
