I hereby authorize NIRPC, or its vendor hired to prepare the Credit Memo and obtain Credit Reports (hereafter referred to as “vendor”), to obtain and review my Credit Report from a credit-reporting agency chosen by NIRPC or its vendor. I acknowledge that this Credit Memo and Credit Report is for the purpose of evaluating my Loan Application and determining my ability to pay back the loan.
