NIRPC Staff: Eman Ibrahim, Mitch Barloga, Mary Thorne. Greg Stinson called the meeting to order at 10:38am.
On motion by George Topoll and a second by La’Kisha Girder, the minutes of the December 5, 2018 meeting were approved.
Eman Ibrahim conducted a review of the scoring of projects for the NOFA quality of place and planning applications. Some of the projects were discussed. Voting by the committee took place and final scores are as follows:

Communities Update –
George Topoll said the Union Township School Corporation meeting will be held next Tuesday to find out about the grant money for the engineering study and feature a presentation for beaver Lodge.
Topoll said the Willowcreek expansion first public hearing has been pushed to March.
Eman Ibrahim presented the meeting schedule and said NIRPC management wants the LUC to meet before the TPC does. In 2019, the committee would meet April 4, June 6 and October 3 at 10:30 a.m. in the Dune Room. The committee agreed to the schedule.
The next meeting is scheduled for April 4 at 10:30 a.m.
On a motion by George Topoll and a second by Jeff Huet, Greg Stinson adjourned the meeting at 11:50 a.m.
